Reasonable questions
Is this really free, or is it a sales call in disguise?
It’s free, and it is partly how we find clients — we’re not going to pretend otherwise. The difference is what you walk away with. You keep the roadmap whether you hire us or not, and if we don’t think automation will pay for itself in your case, we’ll tell you rather than sell you.
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing prepared. It helps if you can describe one process end to end — how a lead becomes a paying customer, or how a job gets scheduled and invoiced. If you can screen-share the systems you use day to day, we’ll get further, but it isn’t required.
Is our business too small for this?
Small businesses often see the fastest return, because a single owner doing four jobs feels every recovered hour immediately. Volume matters more than headcount — if a task happens dozens of times a month, it’s usually worth looking at.
What happens to my information?

Do we need to be near you to work together?
No. The consultation and the work itself are done remotely, so location isn’t a constraint — we work with businesses across the US. If you’d rather meet in person and you’re in Florida, that can usually be arranged.
