Put in the numbers you already know. We will show you an honest range — and the one figure nobody can guess for you, including us.
Shown around the same midpoint for comparison only. Measuring does not move the middle toward a number we like — your real rate may be higher or lower than the slider. What it does is stop the answer being a guess.
Call volume, close rate and customer value come out of your own head and your own books. You can check them. The missed-call rate cannot be checked, because a call that reaches nobody leaves nothing behind — no voicemail, no note, no line in a report. The caller simply rings the next business on the list.
Slide it from 10% to 30% and the answer triples. That is not a flaw in the calculator. It is the reason a confident single figure from anyone selling you something should make you suspicious — ours included.
Over two weeks we call your published line the way a customer would — weekday business hours as a control, weekday evenings, and Saturday mornings — and log what happens each time.
Ordinary calls to your main line. Nothing is recorded — we log whether a person picked up, how long it took, and whether anyone rang back. Not what was said.
Every call with a date, a time and an outcome. If you answered all of them, that is what the log will say and we will tell you so.
Your real rate replaces the slider. Usually the answer moves a long way in one direction or the other, and then it is worth acting on.
We talk through what you do, agree the windows to call in, and run the measurement. No charge for it, and no obligation afterwards. If you copied your numbers above, bring them — it saves the first ten minutes.
The middle figure is your inputs multiplied together. The range widens it to account for the fact that a remembered call volume, a remembered close rate and a slider position are all approximations. The missed-call slider carries by far the most uncertainty, which is why the band is wide until it is measured.
No. Florida requires every party to consent to a recording, and several states we work in are the same. We log whether a person answered, how long it took, and whether anyone called back. There is no audio, and our systems have nowhere to store any.
We quote after the measurement, not before, because the price only makes sense against a real number. If your measured figure will not cover the cost, we will tell you that rather than sell you something. There is a build fee and a monthly fee; both are put in writing on a single page before anything starts.
No. The measurement is phone calls and the work is delivered remotely. We work with businesses nationwide.
Then the log will show it and we will say so on the call. You keep the log. It is a reasonable thing to have in a folder either way, and it costs you half an hour to find out.
Nothing. It runs entirely in your browser and is never sent anywhere. Copying your numbers puts them on your clipboard, and nowhere else. Booking a call sends only what you type into the booking form.
