Find the leaks
We walk through how work actually moves through your business — the handoffs, the re-typing, the spreadsheet that three people update. That’s where the hours go.
Most businesses are running processes designed before AI and automation existed. In thirty minutes we’ll find where your operation is leaking hours, and show you exactly which piece to fix first — whether or not you ever hire us.
// No pitch deck. No obligation. You keep the roadmap either way.
You do most of the talking. We ask the questions that surface where the time is going, then tell you plainly what’s worth automating and what isn’t.
We walk through how work actually moves through your business — the handoffs, the re-typing, the spreadsheet that three people update. That’s where the hours go.
You get a plain-language roadmap built around your processes, sequenced by return. Not a generic list of tools — the specific order that makes sense for your operation.
If the fit is right, we scope the first build. If it isn’t, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better. Either way the blueprint is yours to keep.
We’d rather lose the call than sell you something that doesn’t pay for itself. Automation isn’t the answer when the underlying process is broken, when volume is too low for the build to return, or when the real bottleneck is a staffing or pricing decision. If that’s what we find, we’ll say it in the first fifteen minutes and give the time back.
Every solution we ship is lab-tested before it touches a client’s live operation — so when we say a build will hold up, we’ve already proven it somewhere safe.
Choose a slot that works. You’ll get a confirmation with a short prep question so we can make the thirty minutes count.

Not ready to talk yet? Start here. A straight-talking guide to what is genuinely automatable in a small or midsize business right now — what it costs, what it doesn’t, and the order to tackle it in so the first project funds the second.

The consultation gives you the shortlist. The Vibe Intel Audit is the full teardown — a structured review of how work actually moves through your business, ending in a documented plan for what to automate, in what order, and what each stage is worth.
Most people book the free consultation first and decide about the audit from there. If you already know you want the full picture, request it directly below.
It’s free, and it is partly how we find clients — we’re not going to pretend otherwise. The difference is what you walk away with. You keep the roadmap whether you hire us or not, and if we don’t think automation will pay for itself in your case, we’ll tell you rather than sell you.
Nothing prepared. It helps if you can describe one process end to end — how a lead becomes a paying customer, or how a job gets scheduled and invoiced. If you can screen-share the systems you use day to day, we’ll get further, but it isn’t required.
Small businesses often see the fastest return, because a single owner doing four jobs feels every recovered hour immediately. Volume matters more than headcount — if a task happens dozens of times a month, it’s usually worth looking at.
It stays with VibeLab Group and is used to prepare for and follow up on your consultation. We don’t sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
No. The consultation and the work itself are done remotely, so location isn’t a constraint — we work with businesses across the US. If you’d rather meet in person and you’re in Florida, that can usually be arranged.
Yes. The missed call calculator takes about a minute, asks for no email, and runs entirely in your browser. Put in the numbers you already know and it shows you an honest range for what unanswered calls may be costing — and the one figure nobody can guess for you. If the range is small, you have your answer and it cost you nothing. If it isn’t, book from there.
The processes are already costing you. The only question is whether you can see where.
